As the COVID-19 virus has affected the globe, we are carefully following the precautions and recommendations made by health officials so we can still provide what you need for your car. ECS Tuning is still open, taking orders, shipping, and offering curbside pickup to encourage social distancing.

Order Placement

Online ordering and Phone orders are still available as normal.  Feel free to call in, speak with one of our enthusiast experts, and find what you need for your next project.

Curb-Side Pickup

We ordinarily offer Will-Call pickup for customers, but we understand the importance of social distancing in this time of crisis. We are now offering Curbside Pickup at our facility in Wadsworth, Ohio. During checkout, be sure to select Curbside Pickup, then after you have received confirmation that your order is ready, please come to our facility and dial 330-331-2586 once you have arrived. There are signs on the front door with the phone number listed as well. Once you call, park in front of the building and we will come out to give you your order.

Distribution Center/Shipping

Our distribution center is operating to make sure your orders reach you as expected. We are practicing every recommended measure to maintain a hygienic and safe environment, so you can expect your order to ship as promised. Currently, we are experiencing delays in outbound shipments due to heavy volume. We are working to address this as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Designing, testing, and developing high-quality performance products for your European cars is what we do. We’re enthusiasts and we love making improvements to the cars we enjoy. We do not expect any delays in our current upcoming product lineup, so you can look forward to new and exciting performance upgrades.
